- The car was very good quality
- Booking was very easy
- Car rate (without excess damage and child seat) was good
- I only was told once in the AIRPORT OFFICE that I needed to pay additional €4.5 to insure against vandalism. This was NOT on the web-site as optional insurrance. Paying €13.5 (€9.00 + €4.50) per day is too much.
- I was told in the AIRPORT OFFICE that I needed to pay an additional €25 - which got waived after I complained. This felt like a rib-off, asking customers to pay more when they they are about to get the keys.
- Car Seat for €6/day I esteem too much. A seat costs like €200 (a very good one). That means payback in 33 days. Should be less expensive.

Overall your website information is not sufficient. Airport taxes not there, insurrance information incorrect.

Please note in answer to the question about payment, my preferred payment method would be to pay on ARRIVAL but with CREDIT CARD.

As with previous car hire from Auto Jardim, I have found your service very good. Your Monte Gordo staff have always been very efficient and I thank Conceiao for her help on this occasion.
We look forward to coming to Portugal again next year and will undoubtedly contact Auto Jardim for our car hire.

When we pick up our car/van hire we think it is very slow at the airport. This time it took over 20 mins which isn't very efficient. otherwise we like using you

The last few times we have hired a car from you the petrol has not been at full which is very annoying as it is impossible to return the car at the same level of petrol. this is a money making venture on Auto Jardim's part and not a good practice.

Bad experience when asking a question.
I was angry on the wrong and not clear answers i get from Auto Jardim. The weeks before booking my car. Please give me the adress or E-mail adress of one of the managers of Auto Jardim to explane what happened.

Only hitch was the car which was waiting for us: it had to be changed and the next one had a broken wong mirror. The gentleman dealt with this quickly and efficiently so no problem.

I would prefer to get the car I ordered and not necessarily be upgraded - without choice to another car.
I expect the tank to be full so that I can return it full without trying to second-guess what was in it to begin with.
I expect the car to be examined in my presence prior to signing the existing damage declaration.
When renting an expensive item, I take all documentation seriously and expect to be given full choices and as I have already booked not to be faced with a take it or leave it scenario!

The only problem we had was having to take the car back to a different place, having picked it up at the airport. We knew roughly where the return site was, but it's VERY easy to shoot past it, even at 50 kph! We had to go to the roundabout and somehow manage to find our way back to the main road going in the right direction as there's a barrier in the centre of the road! I think it would be very helpful to provide a map and directions in the car, including how to get back if you overshoot the entrance! Everything else though was fine, including the courtesy bus to the airport. We would certainly recommend you to others, BUT we'd be very careful to point out the problem we encountered. It might not be a problem for younger people, but we were all in our 60s and 70s. We'd allowed plenty of time, but it could be a problem for people who haven't!! Otherwise, it was fine. Many thanks.

Booking on line was easy price average compared to others.
Service in Lisbon wait wait wai while the other service person was having her first morning coffee not so nice when you been in transit for many hours and want to get on your way out of the airport.
Pick up went smooth a few scratches on car were noted lock was circled something was written but not explained, lock did not work unable to lock drivers side no time to go back so whole trip no lock, returnig car told attendant about lock he said it was written down i could not read it i have a copy, tank 3/4 when picked up filled to exact spot when returned attendant said no had to pay extra 8e
Glad to be back home in my bed.
